EquipCash may receive compensation from Lenders for the services we provide in structuring and placing financing requests. We do not charge a fee to applicants for the initial review or submission of an inquiry.

By submitting an application or inquiry, you authorize EquipCash to present your financing request to Lenders in our network. Each Lender operates under its own terms, underwriting standards, and pricing. Any specific terms, rates, or approval decisions communicated by a Lender reflect that Lender's independent determination and are subject to their final documentation and conditions.

4 Eligibility

Our Site and services are intended for use by:

• Business owners, operators, and authorized representatives aged 18 or older
• Businesses legally organized and operating within the United States
• Individuals with the legal authority to enter into financing agreements on behalf of a business entity
